Bella’s journey began in Russia, where she earned a master’s degree in commerce and managed a small business specializing in plumbing supplies. Her passion for plumbing and sales was evident from the start, as she found joy in expanding her knowledge and interacting with a diverse range of people.

After moving to the United States six years ago, Bella settled in Chicago and worked as a 53-foot truck driver. However, her true calling in plumbing led her to California, where she pursued her passion for plumbing and water heater management. Bella’s love for sales and plumbing has been a driving force in her career, and she finds immense satisfaction in helping clients and delivering top-notch service.

Career Start

Bella’s career in plumbing began with her small business in Russia, where she sold plumbing supplies. This experience taught her the importance of prioritizing clients’ needs, effective communication, and building strong relationships. As a salesperson, Bella learned to always be honest and open-minded, a philosophy she continues to uphold in her work today.

Joining United Plumbing & Water Heaters

Bella’s journey with United Plumbing & Water Heaters started with a call inviting her to join the team. She was captivated by the opportunity to work in an industry she loves and the familiarity she had with plumbing and sales. Since joining, Bella has taken on various roles, starting as a water heater specialist and quickly advancing to become the sales manager for water heaters. Bella has been working hard to earn the trust of  her clients and ensure satisfaction by taking courses to become a pro partner with top water heater companies such as Rinnai, Bradford White, Ruud, Rheem, and Navien.

Bella’s responsibilities have evolved significantly since she joined the team. Initially focused on water heaters, she soon moved up to head the division. 

Her dedication to helping clients and her commitment to excellence have been key drivers in her career growth. Bella is known for her ability to communicate effectively, educate clients, and find the best solutions for their needs.

Memorable Projects

One of Bella’s most memorable projects involved installing two tankless water heaters together, a challenging yet rewarding task that required her expertise and innovative thinking. She also successfully managed a large-scale project in Silicon Valley, providing plumbing services to an apartment complex. Despite being the only woman among 40 men, Bella rose to the challenge and delivered exceptional results.

Current Role

In her current role, Bella’s typical day involves managing the sales division, overseeing water heater installations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
