I own rental homes in San Jose area and I've seen my share of service providers in all shades and colors. Today, I needed a same-day service to replace a failed leaking kitchen faucet since my tenants needed to use the kitchen and the sink right away. I was fortunate to discover five star plumbing. They were able to fit me in that same day. At my suggestion, Patrick directed Daniel the plumber to pick up some supplies from Home Depot before arriving at my rental. Daniel did excellent job very efficiently and took pictures before during and after completion and sent me invoice and receipt by email. They did not need do use the material they bought from Home Depot. Did not charge me any extra and offered to return the material at no additional cost. Patrick also helped with facilitating with home warranty company to take care of some administrative data. Cost was reasonable. Workmanship was excellent. And above all communication with customer and looking out for the needs of the customer was going above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Patrick and Daniel. You make a great team. Yes, That is an easy 5 star for United Plumbing & water heaters!

The name matches to the service they provided!They deserve the 5 stars on yelp! Contacted this company yesterday to ask about running a new line for my refrigerator and received a message back within an hour. The manager was able to book an appointment for me today between 5-7. To my surprise, Den and his coworker arrived to my house earlier than expected. They were polite and wore masks and shoe coverings before entering my home which I really appreciated. They took a look in my kitchen and told me that they had to go to Home Depot to get new piping for my fridge. They came back within 30 minutes and replaced the piping in 20-25 minutes. I'm genuinely impressed with how time efficient they were. Once they were done, Den showed me the new piping and was able to pay him through his phone. Thank you for such great service! I'll definitely recommend 5 star to my friends and family if they ever need something fixed.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday with our shower. Did a little triage on the phone and i sent a video of the issue with the supply valve. Den made it out within 2 hours of our conversation, explained what he was going to do and took care of business. He replaced the supply valve for the shower and explained what he did, let me check over the work. I was impressed he had good COVID protocol. Always had a mask and wore gloves. Left the worksite clean and asked me if i wanted to keep any of the old piping material. I did not and he took it all with him. Wonderful work on short notice. 5/5, would call on them again.

Had a leak in my main water line. Sent a quote request via Yelp and got a response in less than 10min. The price was very fair and the entire process from A-Z was extremely easy. I used their plumbing service to fix a leaky shower after I tried and couldn't fix it myself. They were great to work with, and even let me look over their shoulders and showed me how to fix it for next time. I would definitely call them again.

Highly recommended. Prompt service. Very good customer service. We have used them couple of times now. Once to unclog the bathtub and fix running toilets. Second time to unclog kitchen sink and replace outdoor faucet.

I had a clogged kitchen sink, and wasn't able to fix it myself so I found this plumbing service. They came when they said they would and even put on some booty's so they wouldn't mess up the floor. They cleaned up the place well, were polite and got the job done quick!

They were able to drain the hard to get to clogged area. They gave us some helpful tips and ran our dishwasher and sink to make sure everything was working properly. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this plumbing service for future plumbing and draining needs and would recommend them to everyone I know.
